As part of its Cultural Exchange and National Integration Initiative, the Kochi International Foundation hosted a series of cultural performances by a distinguished cultural team from Uttarakhand across Kochi in January.
The programme showcased the rich and vibrant cultural heritage of Uttarakhand through traditional music, folk dances, and artistic expressions performed by a team of around 16 accomplished artists. The performances reflected the spirit of unity in diversity and highlighted the cultural traditions of the Himalayan region.

The programme was organised with the support of the Government of Uttarakhand and the South Zone Cultural Centre, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from members, students, and the general public. The performances were well received and appreciated for their authenticity, energy, and cultural significance.
The event successfully strengthened cultural understanding and reinforced the Foundation’s commitment to fostering national integration through meaningful cultural exchanges.
The Christmas celebration conducted for a closed commune in collaboration with DLF Riverside Owners’ Association, Ernakulam, which was represented by Kochi International Foundation. The event was inaugurated by Mrs. Maria Abraham, Director of KIF and Executive Editor of Dhanam Publication.
